El Seminario Actores sociales y vida cultural en Cuautepec surge de la intención de crear un diálogo de saberes entre la comunidad y la Universidad, generando así un vínculo que coadyuve a la interlocución de los mismos en un trabajo comunitario. Para esto la participación de distintos actores, como lo son los principales personajes de la vida cultural de la región, investigadores, estudiantes y académicos, lograron entrelazar el trabajo que se ha realizado y se está realizando para dar un amplio overview de lo que podemos reconocer como Cuautepec.
